Consult has built a strong reputation as a challenger to conventional recruitment agencies by establishing trusted, long-term relationships with their clients and candidates. We were tasked with helping them refresh their brand identity while retaining the essence of where they started.
We conducted qualitative customer research to uncover the reasons why candidates and clients alike preferred Consult over other recruitment firms. We also ran a CX project to identify the key touch points those candidates and clients truly valued. From here, we developed a strategic positioning and manifesto for the brand to guide us all in the overhaul.
Then we entered a brand design process, developing all visual touchpoints in line with the new positioning. Their ethos was brought to life through our strategic platform, logo, and brand guideline design, photography and illustration style. Setting a tone and look and feel for the next era of Consult.
