
Shoof, a 50-year veteran in global agricultural animal care, faced a significant challenge: despite offering over 6,000 SKUs, their customers lacked awareness of the breadth of their manufactured and distributed products.









We partnered with Shoof to transform their complex brand and product architecture, with the goal of establishing a dominant masterbrand that positions them as the central hub for animal care and builds deeper customer loyalty.
Along with the restructure of their current and future brands, they required a fresh masterbrand redesign, including their sub-brands - this needed to be a robust yet flexible design system for all packaging being rolled out across thousands of product SKUs. As well as a full digital strategy on how to simplify product navigation based on user needs.
